The Italian International Dance Award was created by Antonio Fini and Tabata Caldironi with the goal of celebrating and promoting the talent of both Italian and international dancers.
The festival serves as an artistic bridge between cultures, fostering collaboration and cultural exchange in a supportive environment.
Among the past award recipients:
– Luigi, father of jazz dance and teacher of Liza Minnelli and John Travolta
– Alessandra Ferri, world-renowned prima ballerina
– Edward Villella, founder and director of the Miami City Ballet
The Festival has spotlighted emerging talent with the Rising Star Award and provided a prestigious New York platform for many Italian dance companies.
